Gutter Cleaning
Gutters only matter when it rains — which in South-East Queensland means they matter a lot, very suddenly.
Leaves, seed pods, roof grit and nesting material build up quietly through the dry months. The first serious downpour then finds the water going over the edge, back under the fascia, or straight into a blocked downpipe.
We clear the run by hand where access allows, flush the line, and check that downpipes are actually taking water away. You get told what we found — including anything that looks like it needs a plumber or roofer rather than a cleaner.

Surface limitations
Access decides a lot. Single-storey homes with reasonable ground access are straightforward. Two-storey, steep-pitch, tile-edge or hard-to-reach sections are assessed on site, and we'll decline anything that can't be done safely rather than improvising.

How often should gutters be cleared?
It depends far more on your trees than on the calendar. A home under gums or with overhanging cover may need it twice a year. An open block with little tree cover often goes much longer. We'll give you an honest view once we've seen it.
Do you go on the roof?
Only where it's safe and appropriate for the roof type. A lot of gutter work is done from a ladder at the edge. If a section can't be reached safely, we'll tell you rather than take a risk with your roof or ourselves.
Do you take the debris away?
Yes. It's bagged and removed as part of the job.
