Stride Exterior Cleaning collects the minimum it needs to quote and carry out work, and doesn’t do anything else with it.

What we collect

• Details you send us: name, phone, email, property address and any notes you add when booking an assessment.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this site, such as the pages requested. This site does not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a quote.
• To arrange and carry out work you’ve booked.
• To keep a record of the work for warranty, insurance and tax purposes.

Photographs

Where practical we photograph surfaces before and after work. We may use these to show the standard of our work, with identifying details such as house numbers and vehicle plates kept out of frame or removed. If you’d prefer your property wasn’t photographed or shown, tell us and we won’t — it’s never a condition of the work.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it for marketing. It’s shared only where necessary to run the business — for example with our insurer if a claim arises, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records of completed work are kept as long as tax and insurance obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email info@strideexteriorcleaning.com.au.
