It isn’t a franchise, and it isn’t a call centre. The person who quotes your job is the person who turns up and does it, which means there’s nobody to pass the blame to if it isn’t right.
Stride was started to do exterior cleaning the way it should be done: assess the surface first, choose a method that suits it, communicate clearly, and document the result. That sounds obvious. It’s also noticeably not the industry standard.
What we actually do
Residential exterior cleaning — driveways and concrete, house exteriors, roofs, gutters, windows, paths and patios, pool surrounds and solar panels. We work on homes, and we’re set up to take on larger residential, property management and commercial work as the business grows.
Where we work
The Redlands is home ground: Redland Bay, Cleveland, Capalaba, Alexandra Hills, Thornlands and Victoria Point. Greater Brisbane work depends on the size of the job and how it fits the run — ask and we’ll give you a straight answer either way.
How the business is built
Stride is owner-operated and deliberately focused: residential exterior cleaning, done properly, across one region we know well. There are no review counts or job numbers on this site because they would not yet mean anything.
